The website is hosted by Shopify. All content on this site (texts, images, logo) belongs to Aurelle. Any reproduction without our permission is prohibited.

Orders and prices. Products are sold by Aurelle. Prices are in euros and include taxes where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.

Payment. You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Payments are processed by secure payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

Delivery. Orders are shipped with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout. These times are estimates.

Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Contact us through our contact page to let us know, then send the item back unused and in its original condition within 14 days. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.

Legal guarantees. Your products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will find a solution.

Customer service. For any question or complaint, use our contact page. We reply within 48 business hours.

Governing law. These terms are governed by French law.

What we collect. The information needed to process your order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and your order history. We also collect basic technical data (such as your IP address and the pages you view) to keep the site running.

Why. To process and deliver your orders, answer your messages, send you our newsletter if you subscribe, and meet our legal obligations.

Who sees it. Only the services we need to run the shop, such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and carriers. We never sell your data.

Cookies. We use essential cookies to make the site work. Other cookies are only used with your consent.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from our emails, at any time through our contact page. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
